About
Humankind often think the worst of eachother,
and yet against all odds... Kindness persists.
Although kindness may not be necessary for surviving,
it appears to be vital for thriving.
Person Centered theory tells us that in our environments and relationships, kindness can be transformative...
We gain self awareness, self acceptance, and self compassion, begin to trust ourselves more, and be authentic in our relationships.
We learn to feel our emotions more fully and take responsibility for our actions.
We relate
more freely to each other and experience the world more flexibly.
Kindness creates wellbeing...
and so

Our philosophy is simple
My philosophy is grounded in a strong foundation of Person Centred theory. This means I believe in the power of empathy, openness and non-judgmental acceptance, in their ability to create personal, emotional and behavioural growth.
I believe that all people have a natural tendency to heal and progress, given the opportunity.
Through Kindness Creates, I'm dedicated to providing growth promoting environments and relationships so that all people I work with can feel safe and supported to grow.
